Du bist hier, weil du mir ein oder mehrere Bücher abgenommen hast. Der ursprüngliche Deal war ja „Bücher gegen Versandkosten und eine optionale Spende“. Jetzt hat aber eine deiner Mitleseratten mir einen Umschlag voller Briefmarken geschickt – nicht genug für alle, aber doch einige. Deshalb ist der neue Deal: Wenn du nur ein normal-großes Päckchen oder einen Brief bekommen hast, und gar nichts zahlen möchtest oder kannst, musst du nicht. (Wenn du dich damit unwohl fühlst, kannst du mir auch stattdessen eine Postkarte schicken, oder mir erzählen, wie dir das Buch gefallen hast, wenn du es durch hast.)

Wenn du weiterhin etwas in den Hut werfen möchtest (oder eines von den großen teuren Paketen bekommen hast), und ich dir hoffentlich gesagt habe, wie teuer der Versand war, hast du zwei Möglichkeiten:

You're here because you took books off my hands. The original deal was “books in return for shipping costs and an optional donation”. One of the takers was kind enough to donate a bunch of postage stamps, so the deal's been altered: If you received only a small package and don't want to (or can't) pay anything, you don't have to! (If you don't feel comfortable with that, you can always send me a postcard or tell me if you liked the book once you'v read it. That would make me at least as happy as the postage money.)
